Product changes
You can change the product you ordered if you are not satisfied with the application, size or color, within 14 days from the day of delivery. You should inform us immediately by phone at 2432025329 and by sending a message either via the contact form or by sending an email to polychrous@gmail.com.
You can exchange any product with another one from our e-shop, as long as it is in its original condition and the purchase receipt is included in the package.
In any case, you are not allowed to return products with a request for their exchange if you have already made two (2) consecutive returns with the same request, except of course in the case of defective products.
Changes for products purchased during the discount period are made with products of the same category (discounts) within certain limits. In case the product purchased during the discount period is no longer available at the time you have the right to change it, according to the above, you can choose any other type of store and pay the difference if it exists.
The costs incurred in case of change are those of return and re-shipment.
Credit note
If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the purchase and wish to return it, without making any changes, you can choose to issue a personal credit note-code, which you can redeem for any product. The credit note has a duration of six (6) months from the date of issue.

Returns of Defective Products

Defective products received or having manufacturing problems during the first test are classified as defective. Products that are defective due to misuse are not considered defective. However, our store reserves the right, in case of controversial complaints, to return the product to the manufacturer for inspection, in order to clarify whether the complaint is real.
